[WP] Being immortal sucks. You get sick all the time. You forget a lot of things. Humans evolve so you don't fit in anymore. Pets have changed a lot. Dogs just look weird compared to the picture of 'Spot'. Language just really is hard as it also evolves. English split a thousand years back.
